Endur Mental Health
UI/UX Design
Endur was built around the idea that small, intentional moments can shift how we process our emotions. Rather than adding complexity, it strips away the noise, offering a focused space for users to check in with themselves, explore their thoughts, and build healthier mental habits over time. The design prioritizes clarity and breathing room, using motion and interaction to guide users gently through reflection without feeling like another task to complete.
The goal was to design a mental health tool that feels approachable, not overwhelming. I wanted to create something that invited people in rather than demanded their time. By focusing on motion design and thoughtful pacing, the aim was to build an experience where the interface itself supports the work of reflection rather than getting in the way.

Primary Audience
People in their 20s and 30s exploring their mental health who feel intimidated by clinical tools or lack consistent access to therapy. They want something simple, judgment-free, and calming that fits into their daily routine without adding stress.
Secondary Audience
Mental health advocates and therapists looking for approachable tools to recommend to clients. They need something evidence-informed but accessible, like an app that prioritizes user well-being over engagement metrics.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't solving the problem, it's simply noticing how you feel. Perspective creates space for that noticing. Through gentle prompts and daily reflections, the app helps you pause, check in, and reframe the thoughts that quietly shape your day. It's not about fixing everything at once. It's about building awareness, one moment at a time, in a way that feels manageable and honest.
